{"id":792,"date":"2020-07-23T15:49:11","date_gmt":"2020-07-23T15:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redinest-conf.xdi.uevora.pt\/?page_id=792"},"modified":"2026-06-09T15:10:37","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T15:10:37","slug":"submission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/redinest-conf.xdi.uevora.pt\/index.php\/submission\/","title":{"rendered":"Authors Instructions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions for Authors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following types of work, written in English, will be accepted at the conference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full paper articles<\/strong>: a full paper corresponds to a complete or finished research work, including a discussion of the research results, containing between 4.000 and 6.000 words (plus bibliographic references).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research-in-progress paper<\/strong>: an article of work in progress presents preliminary results of an ongoing research work, and should contain between 2.000 and 4.000 words (plus bibliographic references).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poster<\/strong>: a poster presents initial research, ideas and models under discussion, and should only contain an abstract of 500 to 1.000 words (plus bibliographic references).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All submissions must adhere to the format defined for the Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-7adf4bc7-d5a0-40e7-b8b0-ba8a208713d1\" href=\"https:\/\/redinest-conf.xdi.uevora.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Template-REDINEST-Conference.docx\">Template REDINEST Conference<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/redinest-conf.xdi.uevora.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Template-REDINEST-Conference.docx\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-7adf4bc7-d5a0-40e7-b8b0-ba8a208713d1\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers, in docx format, must be submitted electronically via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit. Each article will be evaluated by at least two reviewers in a double-blind peer review process. Authors should omit any reference to their names and contact information throughout the article text and document properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions are done through CMT. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/redinest2026\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Submit here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference.
